Initially I was introduced to Danielle during a cold call while she was working as a sales rep for her former employer. While I had a long-standing relationship with a large nation-wide staffing agency, her professionalism and friendly demeanor opened the door for me to consider a secondary supplier. Not long after, Danielle advised that she was starting her own agency and asked if she could continue as one of our suppliers, to which I immediately agreed. It did not take much time for her to surpass not only the secondary supplier, but to outperform our primary, who admittedly has vast resources at their disposal versus a small business startup. With the addition of her partner Stephany along with great team members such Brian Zuniga, Elite has outperformed every agency that I have worked with over the past 20 years. Over time Elite had gone from a 30% supplier to providing 80% of our temporary staff by simply outperforming the competition and taking a personal approach customer service.
